Great hotel with all the amenities you need ..... great and clean and comfortable bed, TV, good wifi, full washroom , microwave, plates, cups, fork and spoons and even a washing machine. The room like most Tokyo hotels are at the smaller end .. about 160 sqm. However the layout is very well organized. It is extremely well located with lots of restaurants and is about 100m walk to the C6 entrance/exit of the ikebukuro station.

The hotel is really good value for money for its convenient location, room space and amenities. While the room is no bigger than a normal business hotel in Japan, it is well equipped with a washer and a microwave in room. Free coffee machine is also available in the lobby. The staff are professional and the Japanese breakfast is good.

I have stayed in this Hotel many times and it is an excellent hotel. It is very clean, the Staff are very good and speak very good English. It is situated in a good location in Ikebukuro and the under ground train (JR Lines) entrances are seconds away. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Room was very small, I had a big luggage with me and I could barely open it. There is a washing machine in there which I thought the space could have been put to better use. There is a lingering smell in the room and cigarette smell from other rooms came in at night. Amenity is only a toothbrush and toothpaste. There is no bottled water provided but there is a vending machine at level 1 where you can get bottled water. Table is old and chair was dusty. There is a hot kettle but the filter is yellowish so I decided not to use it. The good points about this hotel - the staff are courteous and helpful, unlike what I've experienced elsewhere during the same trip; the location is superb, train station is just a minute away and breakfast is nice and warm.

Followed the other reviewers’ advice, the hotel is easily assessable from exit C6 on the West exit of Ikebukuro station. We were in Tokyo during New Year holidays and decided to stay in Ikebukuro area as we’re concerned that most shops may be closed in other areas. The surroundings of the hotel seems quiet (probably due to New Year holiday) but there seems to be a department store just across from the main road. The underground pass also has many shops and link all the way to the livelier East side. The room is a bit smaller compared to other hotels we’ve stayed during the trip but that was expected & probably because of the space taken up by the washing machine cum dryer (which was the other reason why we chose this hotel). Detergent was given during check in and there’s a simple instruction on the machine on how to operate. We love the convenient location of the hotel & the convenience of the washing machine in the room! Definitely will consider this hotel when we visit Tokyo again.
